Dr. Wolinsky provides executive oversight for clinical quality and safety at Banner Health, one of the largest non-profit health systems in the country.

He is a board-certified cardiovascular physician and Lean Six Sigma certified. He holds a Global Executive MBA from TRIUM — a joint program of NYU Stern, the London School of Economics, and HEC Paris.

His work is grounded in strategic innovation, data-driven improvements, integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to improving the world.

Dr. Toth is a clinical instructor of surgery for the Phoenix VA / University of Arizona foot and ankle surgical residency program. Previously, he served as Chief of Surgery for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs — VA Eastern Kansas Health Care System, and as Chief of Podiatry Surgery at MaineHealth Maine Medical Center — Biddeford.

He earned combined science and business degrees from McGill University in Montreal, completed medical education at Temple University, and trained at Weill Cornell University Hospitals and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. He completed a fellowship in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery in Atlanta, with additional specialized training in Iceland and Canada.

A native of Budapest, Hungary, Dr. Toth speaks fluent French and Hungarian. He has served as company physician for Ballet New England, as a clinical instructor of exercise science at the University of New England, and in the Canadian Armed Forces Infantry.

He has developed deep expertise integrating medical technology into clinical practice and surgical workflows — evaluating advanced surgical techniques, digital health solutions, and data-driven care models to improve outcomes, operational efficiency, and perioperative safety. Through his MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, he has expanded his focus on healthcare strategy, finance, and innovation, with particular interest in scalable solutions across medical device innovation, digital platforms, and healthcare systems optimization.

Dr. Rajiv Sharma

Dr. Sharma attended medical school in Punjab, India on a full scholarship and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center, California. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at the University of Rochester, NY, and holds a Certificate in Healthcare Practice from Loma Linda University.

A scientist and research scholar, he is a recipient of the Walter McPherson Society Research Excellence Award. He serves on the medical advisory boards of multiple medical device companies and healthcare technology platforms. As an author and educator, he has been featured on CBS, ABC, FOX, and SiriusXM Health.

In 2022, he received an Entrepreneurship Award from the Office of the Governor of Indiana. He has held leadership positions across major hospital systems and served as Chief of Gastroenterology at Palm Beach ACO — one of the most respected ACOs in the country — and Inspire Medical Alliance, a group of ACOs and IPAs. His innovative interventions have generated significant revenue and ROI for these organizations.

Currently, Dr. Sharma is the founder and president of Mirage Health, an innovative gastroenterology practice in the Phoenix Metro, AZ, and Chief Medical Officer of Enhance Health, a patient engagement platform improving care and care coordination for patients with liver and kidney disease through AI and NLP-based engagement models. He believes deeply in the value of preventive medicine and patient education for a healthier world.
